English and Foreign Languages University welcomed The Korean Ambassador and the delegation

Prof. Suresh E. Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of the English and Foreign Languages University and other staff members welcomed the delegation. The university summarised the current student statistics in the ongoing Korean Language programs. The institution of the Award of Excellence (Gold Medal & Certificates) and Scholarships for students enrolled in the University’s BA. Honours in Korean were announced by Mr. Suresh Chukkapalli. Students displaying exceptional ability in Korean language will be presented with Gold Medals. Further, students securing B+ grades and above will be granted 100% scholarships for the consequent semester. The delegation also discussed the possibility of a Korean Corner to be set up at the university shortly and conducting various Cultural exchange events and programmes.
